Sales & Business Development Executive

The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying sales initiatives for the company while developing new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach.

Main Duties:

  1. Manage sales requests, visit clients’ sites and issue proposals accordingly;
  2. Manage client relationships, increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships;
  3. Work closely with the General Manager to design, implement, analyse and deploy new business processes;
  4. Identify and penetrate new niche markets;
  5. Track all business development activities, analyse monthly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings;
  6. Build and maintain successful relationships with partners;
  7. Measure level of customer satisfaction;
  8. Identify level of competitor activity intensity with client;
  9. Expand market intelligence of the environmental services industry to drive business forward;
  10. Keeping of the company’s sales and customer relationship logs.
