Current Opportunities


We are seeking to employ an Environmental Operator/ Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Site Supervisor, the job will involve:

1.     Coordination, dismantling, collection, stacking and packaging of recyclable materials/ products;

2.     Decontamination of related areas;

3.     Loading of recyclable material into containers in preparation for shipment;

4.     Proper labelling of waste and containers;

5.     Use of decontamination equipment, company vehicles and other equipment.



  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, i.e as operator on a labour-intensive project.
  • Able to speak and read English well enough to converse with the general public, and to respond to official questions.
  • Own means of transport.
  • Readily available to work in Malta (in possession of a valid work permit in case of non-EU nationals).

Experience in the construction industry or hazardous material will be an asset.

Candidates should be able to:

  • Perform physical labour associated with environmental clean-up activities, sample collection, waste removal relating to recycling;
  • Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing recycling activities and wearing protective gear;
  • Operate equipment necessary for recycling operations.

Sales & Business Development Executive

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating, managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach.


Main Duties:

1.       Work closely with the General Manager to design, implement, analyse and deploy new business processes;

2.       Develop and manage client (existing and prospective) relationship and, determine and understand their needs to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships;

3.       Identify and penetrate new niche markets;

4.       Follow up on existing sales enquiries and negotiate with prospective clients;

5.       Be proactive towards seeking and setting up meetings with existing and prospective clients with the aim of generating new leads and new business;

  1. Issue business proposals/ quotations and prepare tender submission documents as required, liaising between operations, administration and technical managers to ensure collation of all required and accurate information; 
  2. Ensure that meetings, client appointments, issuance of proposals/quotations etc are processed in a timely and effective manner; 

8.       Track all business development activities, analyse monthly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings;

9.       Build and maintain successful relationships with partners;

10.   Measure level of customer satisfaction;

11.   Identify level of competitor activity intensity with client;

12.   Expand market intelligence of the environmental services industry to drive business forward;

13.   Keeping of the company’s sales and tender log and the customer relationship log.



Education and Experience 

  • Preferably a tertiary level of education or equivalent;
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • High level of motivation, with a driving sense of responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness


  • Excellent communication and writing skills both in Maltese and English
  • Ability to prepare focused and specialised written materials
  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • A good team player with a proactive approach committed to quality delivery
  • A strong commercial, customer focused and analytical mind-set with experience in developing and providing customer solutions
  • Team-player with a positive approach, drive and able to work on own initiative
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Clean driving license, preferably with own transport.
