Sales Administrator

Primary Aim: 

The Sales Administrator will support our Sales Manager and Administration Executive and will primarily be responsible for handling administrative tasks, including coordinating with various departments and liaising with operational team members and service providers and customers, where required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective and accurate manner
  • Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, invoices, emails, reports, and other documents as requested by the manager
  • Assisting in maintaining and organising office documents, files, as well as confidential records
  • Handling general day-to-day administration of the office
  • Handling inquiries as requested whilst logging call data into the system and reporting them to your superior.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager in assisting in the preparation and following up on sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related administrative aspects.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with client inquiries, product information, and order processing, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings, as requested
  • Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time
